Meet Sheri – Our Newest Physical Therapist at Navy Yard!

We’re thrilled to welcome Sheri to the District Performance Physio team!
Originally from California, Sheri has spent the past eight years in Arlington and now brings her expertise to our Navy Yard clinic.

Her journey into PT began in high school after seeing firsthand how physical therapy could transform a patient’s function and confidence. Since then, she’s been passionate about helping people discover what their bodies are capable of.

Sheri specialises in:

• Female Pelvic Floor Therapy — empowering women to move confidently through every stage of life.

• The Fitness Athlete — helping runners, lifters, and active adults prevent injury and perform their best.
